Thank you for supporting Christie Radeos through my website and storefronts. Each item offered—from recipes to designs—is created with care, intention, and quality in mind. Please review the return and refund policies below before making your purchases.  

E-Book Purchases
All e-book sales are final due to the digital nature of the product. Once an e-book is downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If you experience an issue with downloading your file or did not receive it, please contact us via our Contact Form on our website. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue and can resend your digital copy as needed.

Please include this information in your email:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

Hardcover/Softcover Books
All book sales are final, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to send a replacement.

To request a replacement, please email us via our Contact Form on our website within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective product

• A brief description of the issue

Replacements are only issued for items that arrive in damaged condition. Refunds are not available for physical books at this time.

Servente Designs (Custom Products)
For returns or refund inquiries related to Servente Design products, please refer to the return policy provided on that specific storefront or sales platform (such as Etsy).

All Servente Design policies are handled through their respective sales pages.
